I hope she draws a random number out of a hat. That would be cool, and just as accurate!!
Why is the city council wasting so much time on a budget that is program level? If they aren't going to do a line item budget there is no need to spend so much time quibbling over nickles and dimes. Just throw a lump sum at them as is customary for this administration and let them go for it. If they overspend, no worries they can come back and get more money from the surplus.
Just hope that they haven't misplaced any large sums of money.
Don't expect any to be returned.
The Mayor really looks good wearing red. It gives her a classy look and a distinguished appearance.
Betcha:
1. No tax increase because it's an election year.
2. Some hidden sabotage for Debbie Campbell, because it's her election year.
3. An even more hidden screwing for the taxpayers.

I hear there's over $14,000 in her budget to do a poll of citizen's feelings about the administration. This is necessary because she hasn't listened to us for the last 8 years. Way to waste more taxpayer money. Is she using this to tailor her re-election bid to cater to what the people want? That's not legal to use taxpayer money for her personal election bid.
I have stared at this photo for 15 minutee with my new glasses from Accurate and I definitely see a resemblance between Barrie and Queen Elizabeth.My magnifying glass reveals similar depressions and fat rolls in her face.Maybe it's my imagination or the bottle of Jack I'm drinking that I got on my birthday.

I dare say someone has overstepped their bounds when they offer an insult to my Queen Elizabeth. Being English born and bred I must protest any further discussion regarding my sovereign monarch. A lady with great dignity, respectability and the epitome of the Royal family should never be compared with a commoner.Needless to say, particularly the mayor that I read so many distasteful remarks about.Having married a lovely American lady only two years past, I have resided here since.I do implore your good taste when referring to the English Royal family. Last night I watched an old movie about Public Enemy # 1,John Dillinger.He was turned into the FBI by his girlfriend. They were to identify John as he came out of the theater because his girlfrieng wore a red coat. Guess what? You don't think Barrie was John Dillinger's girl friend do you. I guess not for that would make her in her 90's. Well,could be.Look at Barrie's face again and guess her age.Anyone got any ideas?
