THIS IS AWESOME!!!THE ONLY THING BETTER WOULD BE IF YOU COULD ACTUALLY SHOW THE GAME.....THAT WOULD BE WRONG, RIGHT?
Glad you like it...this is pretty awesome to be up in the press box!
Just a question:
Do you guys have permission to "rebroadcast or retransmit" portions of the game (as per most professional braodcast rules?)
I think it is great that you are offering this, but it would be a shame to get inot legal hot water over this. There are reasons why no one blogs live updates from porfessional sporting events without media credentials. Unless you have the proper credentials, then, have at it.
Just curious.
WHO CARES???!! This is single A scrub player baseball. It's not like anyone really cares about the play by play. Get over yourselves!
This is fantastic. Thanks for bringing the game to us. It's raining and cold out my way. Go Shorebirds.
I'm over it! It's opening day and this coverage is no different in principle than radio or t.v. coverage. This is Delmarva's team and MLB players have come through here. It's a great time and experience whether it is with family or just friends goin out to shoot the breeze. I hope you guys enjoy this and I do this because I love sports, athletic competition, and I want to give sports coverage to the teams and you the viewers.
Nick,
Don't listen to anything said by a poster calling himself yankee anything, they think they're better than everyone else. You guys are doing a fine job and for those of us who love our Shorebirds we thank you!
This is an awesome concept, excellent!
hang in there guys, im checking this blog to get the most current, up to date results!
Or you could just listen to the game for free on MiLB.com. They even archive the games, and offer both home and away broadcasts.
Nick: Since you and Joe were there, please tell me why we Shorebirds had so much trouble catching simple little fly balls to the outfield? We gave them two runs dropping easy fly balls. Was the rain that bad? I was listening on the radio.
