I believe it was just about a year ago, (or so) this same Officer received the Officer of the Year Award in Baltimore.

Congrats Chris, keep up the good work. At least there a few good deputies in that Agency. Sheriff Lewis needs to weed out the deadwood.
The only deadwood around here is sitting directly on your shoulders. I dont think there is any deadwood at the WCSO. Good Job CP.
