West Metro Core Park aka Crooked Oak Park

The two land appraisals used in determining the purchase price for the land for the proposed West Metro Core Park are now public. They are available for review in the County Executive’s Office during regular business hours.

Is there any reason it is not published? I guess they are trying to make it difficult knowing that it is very inconvenient to go to the Government Office Building.

Any you can bet that they make a record of who looks at those appraisals, too.

As much as I am recently unhappy with the county, the landfill, liquor stores and a few other things I still think we have a good county council as a whole.

Having said that, would you have rather seen Alessi win the election? With what we had to work with, I'll take Rick any day over the others in that election.

I didn't vote for either Rick or Ron, as usual I supported the underdawg. Now having said that, I'm glad Rick did win. Everything may not be perfect, the thefts really hurt them all. Another cause for a more apathy and distrust for the citizens. If you really want to gain more trust in the citizens, there must be a more transparent government. If it doesn't have anything to do with National or local security, it all should be available at their web site.

Well as a manager I know that no matter the business or government entity, there are always going to be a percentage of people that steal. That is another reason everything costs so much.
