Ray Lewis' Parents showed up just moments after their Son was taken away in handcuffs. Could you imagine doing this to your Family?
Many have suggested I revisit the story I produced last summer referencing alleged dumping of raw sewage into fields in Parsonsburg. Some confronted me today talking about how they've been trying to get Ray Lewis for some 8 years now for alleged illegal dumping.
It looks like the Sheriff's Department and WBI have their work cut out for them.

Didn't Ray's father turn the business over to him?
At the press meeting, Mike Lewis mentioned that it was a Lewis employee that was driving the box truck when he pulled it. Does any one know who the employee was and why wasn't he/she arrested for transporting stolen goods or involvement in the theft sceme? They also didn't cover times of day that these things were stolen. Did someone have a key to county facility that was unaccounted for?
I think it's inappropriate to take a picture of his mom and dad...after all they didn't do it, and I'm sure they are hurting. They are a nice family...

As far as someone having a key, sure they had a key, the county employee was the key. The employee supposedly worked right in Sharma's office, most things in the county don't have keys, those use key code pads, not an actual key. So I am sure this employee could get any code he wanted and the director of the landfill at Brick Kiln road was apparently just letting them come in there and take the stuff for a certain amount of money.
The guy driving the truck that sheriff Lewis stopped is Ray's right hand man from what I hear so I am sure he is being questioned and may be charged.
This man has takin taxpayers money and some of you said wait until the trial!! Please! He got caught period! His dad might be a nice man and his mom to but they knew. His dad was still a fixture in the company. I don't care if he owned property in MD and DE and that he is NO JOKE! The joke will be on him soon! He can't buy his way out of this one!
I can tell you for a fact that Ray's parents knew NOTHING about this!! Ray made a HUGE stupid mistake, but his father is the most honest and trust worthy man you could ever meet!!!! Don't judge the father for something the son did.

The investigation has been going on for over a year and the criminal activities have been going on much longer? I guess the poor innocent parents were just common lowly workers that new nothing about the expenditures and the books. How about a big ole BULLSHIT!!!!
Go pull that shit over on someone else. They may not do time or even get charged, but I will bet a dollar to a donut they knew something.

I was pretty sure it was his right hand man and the 6pm new confirmed it. Again, why wasn't he charged on the scene? I looked up this man on the MD judiciary case search and his name is not showing as having any new charges for today or last night, where Ray's are shown already. I'm sure he's singing, but if he was transporting and involved he needs to be charged just the same, Canary or no canary.
I hope Bubba hangs one up in him for all of us. I want to cast an automatic vote for Sheriff Lewis for as long as he wants to be our sheriff.
So who was driving the truck? Anyone know? I do know a few people indirectly that work for Ray and am just curious. Why are people connecting this Danny guy with Ray? The only other thing I have to say is what a shame. Ray had such a what seemed to be, great profitable businesses has just ruined it for himself. As they say money is the root of all evil. Guess GREED got the best of him. How very sad.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree because regardless of the idiotic and stupid thing Ray did, he is still a good guy.
His dad sold the business to Ray years ago and yes he is a big part of it, but he DID NOT and would not participate in anything illegal. I don't care what kind of thing it is.
I do know for a fact...because they are my parents too!!!! You all are cruel. Ray did a stupid thing!!! Yes he did!!! But Mike Lewis talked with our father and he was NOT and WOULD never be involved with such a thing! And as far as the comment about his sister or sister in law...no I am not a sheriff and how could he have a sister in law since he only has 1 sister? And I will love him til the end!! I don't at all agree with what he did!! My parents and I were shocked to even hear this. My Dad is furious with Ray! He WAS NOT raised that way! He knew better!! But he did it,it was wrong and he knows it!
His parents are not involved with the book keeping.
And to clarify...the investigation has only been going on for 2 months. Check the paper work. You will see it's dated 1-1-2008.

Your full of it. I was a victim and deputy lewis, not mike, a very sweet little blond haired girl, was taking my report, and told my husband and i Ray lewis from a.s.a.p and lewis constr. was her brother or brother in law. cant remember cause it was a while ago. i remember this becuase i joked around with her about it cuase there is a lewis construction on a soap opera.
and as far as the metropolitan goes, the coverage they give people is not free, every business spoke about in the mag has paid them for advertising. the entre mag is an ad.

310 Joe was at the site of the crime reporting for the tax payers of this county and Rays parents showed up there. Don't try to bust Joe for doing right by the tax payers at no cost to us. He is the total opposite of the losers that were ripping all of us off. He is bringing us the truth every day rather you like it or not. as a business owner and home owner in Wicomico County, I pay more than my share of taxes and have to account for EVERY penny I take in. So, what gives these guys the right to do what they did over the past year and basically be "excused" by this so called andy of mayberry commissioner. She should be booted to the curb however, she may have some knowabouts in all of this! I agree, Commissioner Timmons would not have handled it this way. Why are they keeping the other names so quiet and why is the local TV stations keeping this so hush hush....I agree..we will be even more surprised when we hear who else is involved when it all comes out. What a hoot!

No one can play dumb here... NO ONE. Ray Lewis' "business practices" are legendary. Locals have been talking about it for years. It's time to come clean... we all know this current trouble is just the tip of the ice berg. While the details aren't all out yet, one this is certain. This is not some new scheme that just started a year ago, when Ray all of a sudden turned to a life of crime. Not buying that defense one bit! I hope it all comes out... the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Ray parents shoulod not be the center of anyones conversation. Their names were not the ones mention in the paper, Ray's was. This man is still a person, weather the law sees it that way of not. Yes the charges are really serious, but im sure that the tv can find something new to talk about insead of Ray every monrning afternoon and night. What about Davis Ruark, a well known name. Where's he blog from him and all the nasty comments about him. Rays not the only person to make or not make a mistake. Maybe some of the focus should be on the people who worked at the landfill etc. But truly if people feel the need to talk about Ray leave the parents out if it, they werent the ones arrested, he was.
