As the photos above clearly show tires being removed, if you click on the first photo you'll also see boxes upon boxes of Anti Freeze and Motor Oil also stored in this shed. The tires were rolling out like an assembly line and they haven't even started on the two warehouse buildings.
In another Post I'll show you the rollback trucks that were coming in one after the other to retrieve the County's assets. Between all the WBI Agents and County Employees, they were simply everywhere and everyone was absolutely amazed!
I'm told each tire is valued anywhere between $250.00 to $400.00 each!

ASAP doesn't own dumpsters, they have rolloffs. On another note, those tires depending on brand will range anywhere from $285 to $425 each. From what I can see they appear to be lug tires or rear axle tires commonly used on construction vehicles, not steering tires. I'm sure there were some of those in there as well. A case of oil, I'm assuming Rotella since Cat and Cummins will void the warranty if other oils are used cost about $80 a case, anti freeze about the same $80 a case. You're talking some serious money here.
These tires still have the stickers on them. All of his employees must have know what was going on. They should all rot in jail for steeling from the tax payers.

Yea, rot in jail this is but a small portion of what he will be charged with, Tax evasion, Holding and selling the stolen fuel without permits. The federal gov will take their chance at him as well. They always get there share.
To 3:12--Good thinking! I had not thought of the tax evasion angle. So that's taxes due, plus interest plus fines in addition to possible jail time.

That's only if the Feds know about it and decide to get involved. Anyone have some connections out there?
I wonder if any of those County employees in the pics help Ray move those items to his property?
A lot of good thinking going on here. This blog is a good thing. Federal court is so expensive they may leave it to local law justice enforcement. If it goes to federal court they'll need $30 to $40,000 just for a good attorney.
Sorry to hear they got out without bond. Mike Lewis did a great job only to have commissioners fail us, considering what it costs for a 12 month investigation they should have had to post significant bond.
He did not sell any fuel.
Tim the theft is suspected to have gone on for 12 months or more. The investigation, it was said earlier today by Mike Lewis, that it has been the past 10 weeks, culminating in warrants and arrests after pulling over that 6 wheeler Monday night.
The IRS will be all over this like white on rice or in the case of Ray Lewis, stink on shit. As soon as the county does it's audit and finds all of this crap...as said by Senator Clay Davis of The Wire...SHEEEEEEIIIITTTTTT
Ray should take a crash course in Portugese and head on down to Brazil. Hope he saves room for Barrie Tilghman
A ten week investigation wouldn't be cheap either, point made is that they should have had to post bond.
