Illegal Diesel Fuel Tanks
These were the tanks "I COULD SEE" from standing behind a barricade. Makes you wonder just how many others there could be on the Lewis Construction Site?
One of the things I learned while I was out there was that you must have a 3 foot concrete wall around each and every tank for safety. Not one of them was legal. Nor was the fuel stored inside.
A gentleman came by while I was standing out front and he said, does this have anything to do with diesel fuel? When I asked him why he was asking he replied, we've been missing a ton of diesel fuel, that's all. Hmmmmmmm?

Now its federal.
The EPA needs to be called in.
It gets deeper all the time.
Yeah, bag the toothless MDE.
EPA needs to come in.
Those tanks are supposed to be set on a concrete pad enclosed with at least a 2 foot concrete block wall. The purpose is to contain the fuel in event of a spill. I guess if county laws don't apply we know state laws don't apply since he openly, knowingly dumped raw sewage on fields, the federal laws also won't apply to the great Ray Lewis.
All this hype and some judge will give him a big sentence with a big suspension in time, he'll only do a couple hours in jail. What a shame considering all the work put into this investigation and arrest by the combined efforts of MSP and WCSO.
Another thing illegal about these tanks, they are not marked as to whether they are off road or on road use. The difference is the sulphur content in the fuel. Off road fuel is strictly prohibited for on road use. Trucks are pulled over often and the tanks are dipped for sulphur content. Needless to say, this dude is in a world of doo doo.
Say goodnight Gracie.
hey good night gracie the 1 tank is labeled it is in red and yellow the tank 2 is heat oil 4 a shop does not need labeled that you can see no big deal home tankes are not labeled think about that
Yeah, I see it's labeled....WARNING is not a label it is a warning. Doesn't say OFF ROAD or Diesel fuel it says WARNING
The tanks are fine. The tanks arnt big enough to create a major spill. Call the EPA. Call the EPA.
The sulfpher content. Your all so weak sounding.
I was just searching for a fuel tank on google. Snooping and being an adult tattle tell is so weak. Grow a pair!! Go up to his and call him out.
