What does this gibberish mean???
I'm sorry this Post didn't turn out like I intended it to look. Blogger obviously won't allow so much information to fit line by line.
What this means is, Barrie Tilghman lost her opportunity to serve with Hillary Clinton, unless one of the top three winners dies.
The funnies part, (to me anyway) is that Barrie Tilghman got more votes OUTSIDE Wicomico County than she did in the County. Are you listening Barrie Tilghman?

Don't bet your horse farm on that -- there are still many delegates to be appointed by the state Dem. "leadership" which is hooked to Hillary big time. And I think they get full travel and living costs from the party, so Barrie may get an even better deal than if she were an elected delegate.

Easy there bud, my daughter in laws, mother is one of those delegates to Obamas campaign. We wouldn't want her to die, for any reason.
What surprises me is that she got as many votes as she did. I mean, come on, there cannot be 3500 plus voters on the Eastern Shore that are that clueless, are there?
To Anon 10:11Am Berry being out of town is kinda like State and National elected officials being out of town. When they are out of town they can due little harm.

Name recognition is the primary factor in supporting candidates for convention delegates, so in Wicomico Tilghman had a substantial advantage over the other two "Hillary's" -- I'm surprised that she did not get more votes here and only got about 250 more than Taylor and Voss. How did she do elsewhere?
I'm a Clinton supporter, but threw one of my delegate votes toward one of the Obama people just so I wouldn't have to vote for BPT, may Karma bite her in the butt soon.

Tilghman was the top "Hillary" delegate in Worcester and Somerset, where she also had a name recognition advantage, proving once again the adage -- "the only thing worse than bad publicity is no publicity."
Beyond the Choptank, she was not the leader.
I did not realize that there were that many idiots left in the county!
Some folks voted for her just because she represented Clinton. Don't forget that.
Even with that sway, she was more than 600 votes under the bottom Obama delegate.
The woman is toast.
But what a vacation we would have had with her away. Alas.
I really couldn't believe how many people I talked to yesterday that know nothing about delegates.
I made sure I told everyone that I knew was going to vote that it was in their best interest to make sure they voted for the delegates that supported the candidate they wanted to vote for in the event of a close election that may be decided by electorial votes!
Many of those people have masters and bachlor degrees and were still clueless when it came to delegates.
Well, actually, Tim, you're close. The delegates decide the nominee at the conventions.
The electoral votes are assigned for the general election.
The electorals are bound to the candidates in some states, and not bound in some others.
I'd have to check my history book, but I think there was a presidential election thrown by an elector throwing his vote toward the candidate he didn't originally represent.
Personally, I'm ready to see the delegate system and the electoral system trashed in preference for a popular vote.
I agree on that Anonymous, I am in favor for trashing the delegate system and the electoral system. I'd also like to see independents get to vote on the primaries.
