The Daily Times Proves They're Now # 2
Speaking of #2, A.S.A.P. sewage and Ray Lewis Construction is in deep sh!t and we all know that by now. However, The Daily Times refused to cover this major event. No pictures, no reporters, nothing! They have simply made a few phone calls and got a very weak story posted, but I can assure you they'll be at the 3:00 Press Conference.

Joe I've just recently started reading your blog and I have to say your doing a great job! I was born and raised on the eastern shore (I moved away several years ago). But I'm glad you’re exposing a lot of the government corruption in Salisbury and making its citizens aware of it. You’re doing the community a huge service. Keep it up!

It's a big story unless you don't care that several hundreds of thousands of your tax dollars are being stolen.
It shows that they would rather wait until everything is spoon fed to them instead of actually being journalists. After everyone has gone into damage control it's hard to know if you are getting the whole story from a news conference.
Who cares where he lives! He will probably be staying with mom and dad! He has been dumping raw sewage for years in willards and other locations. He should not have been released and his ass should fry!
As far as dumping raw sewage on the property anywhere, I'll have you know that the EPA does soil checks on a very regular basis. All over the property's Ray owns. It has and will not test positive for sewage!!!

I've seen his trucks out in fields in Powellville dumping when other trucks went down to Somerset county to dump their loads because the tipping fees at Salisbury were so high. I don't think the charges were that of dumping, but of stealing.
I can't believe how many stupid people live in this county. He stole from all of us and yet some of you idiots defend this bastard.
Back in the day he would be hung from the nearest tree. At least there is one Lewis we can count on in this county. I say we elect Mike Lewis to run the whole county and every division in it.

Once again, people don't have their facts straight. The posts Joe posted were incorrect. That was not one of Ray's trucks or tractor that they showed in the field in Parsonsburg. Ray DOES NOT dump illegal sewage ANYWHERE!!! Not his property or anyone else's. You must not know the EPA. They have checked on Ray for years. They have followed trucks and all. They found no sewage because that doesn't happen!!!

Mike Lewis came to Ray's parents house at 3:00 am looking for Ray. Ray was called and talked to Mike Lewis by phone and agreed to meet at the sheriffs office.

Most of you don't even know Ray, so how do you have these so called facts? B/c it is on the news does not make it factual. For those of you who do not know, the landfill is self-funded. That means it is not funded with tax dollars, but the dump funds it. How's that for a fact. You are correct in the sense that Ray paid for these things, so who is the real theif? The county workers that stole these things... I wish you people had something better to do than to bash a person whom you know nothing about. Ray is a respectable, hard working person.
