Carter Jay DICKerson, JR. 41 years old from the 500 block of Hearne Lane, Salisbury, MD. was arrested last night for 2nd Degree Assault and Resisting Arrest.
On 1-26-08 the WCSO received a 911 hang up call. Deputies were dispatched to the address and upon investigation they recognized that the call was in reference to a domestic assault.
Carter Dickerson Jr. had assaulted his Wife by punching her and grabbing her by the neck and throat. When Deputies attempted to arrest, he refused to comply and began to resist. After struggling with Dickerson for several minutes, they were able to place him under arrest for assaulting his wife, (domestic assault) and resisting arrest.
Let's just hope those underpaid Guards at the WCDC put him in a very safe cell and the District Court Commissioner is a woman!
