Do you realize, (compared to Salisbury, MD.) in property tax savings alone you can finally afford to purchase those horses you always dreamed of? Heck, do you also realize in tax savings alone you can even afford to feed these animals all year long and still have spare change! Move to Delmar, it's a better way of life.
Oh, and if you miss Salisbury, just get in the car and drive the 4 miles to get there and still enjoy everything they have to offer, for free!

I have started looking at the area along RT 24 between Pittsville and Millsboro Delaware on the Delaware side of course! Nice rural area so far, and not to far from anything.
