This guy had his wages garnished because he wasn't paying child support. The courts collect it right out of his pay now. Piece of sh!t.
He'll probably be in charge of one of the fire departments, since other leaders are deadbeats too.

Wayne is a hot head, always has been. It's about time someone shut that a-hole down. You pegged one thing right, people talk behind his back all the time because they know he's always full of sh!t. He also uses the n word all the time. If he wasn't hurt, so he claims, many of us would knock the crap out of him. We don't need his type around any more.

If he is recieving workers comp... I sure hope he let them know he is getting paid to take pictures for the DT, so they can deduct that / back charge him.
I'm sure Wayne can show legitimate photography expenses that far exceed the pennies he occasionally gets from the Times.
I don't care how much profit / if any he receives. It is income that needs to be claimed - more so to workers comp. BTW, maybe I should call the state and tell them to investigate. Also investigate the website he owns and what profits are coming in from that.
