Ladies & Gentlemen,
The City of Salisbury Audit is still NOT complete. I don't understand why this Mayor would flat out lie to the entire community and I also don't understand why The Tilghman Times isn't on top of this like true professionals?
Gone are the days when Bill Duvall would be all over things like this, as well as GA Harrison. Has Duvall also turned to THE DARK SIDE?
My guess, the Mayor will have something by days end and we'll be reading about its introduction in tomorrow's paper?

Where's Louise Smith (a/k/a Little Miss Auditor) when we really need her???
BTW: according to Bubba Comegys the audit isn't worth the paper it's written on -- he sure don't miss much. And Shanie sez she can't be bothered by all them numbers cause they don't mean nothing.
Shanie only has one number in her memory bank. I "SECOND" that.
At the last City Council meeting that was on TV, a couple weeks ago, Louise Smith gave a scripted speech about how she had read the riot act to Barrie, who promised her that the audit would be done by mid-December.
So, what's happened, Louise?
Louise Smith wouldn't know a riot act if it was printed in bold, 36pt letters. She doesn't have the backbone to stand up to Barrie or anyone else for that matter. Well she did make an attempt with Dot Truitt via mail but that doesn't count.
Louise is just another Tighlman minion.
