I'd like to thank all the people visiting this Site on a daily basis. When you look around the Blogosphere and watch the comments everywhere, many of the other Blogs have 2 or 3 articles a day, max. Here at sbynews.com we have up to 20 in one day and the comments are spread throughout the Posts.
What many are not aware of is just how many are not posted. Ever since I went to moderation I have been bombarded with comments and many of them are very frustrated people. Here, use this one as an example. I received this just a little while ago and this should give you somewhat of an idea just how bad they get at times. Of course I'll clean it up a little bit.

Now this is why I went to moderation. I get, oh, probably 50 to 100 of these a day, believe it or not. Believe me, if I could do this without moderation I'd love it because it takes a whole lot more time than you think. I have to read EVERY comment. Then accept or reject it and then the damn thing comes back again letting me know it went through! That means if I get 300 messages a day, many of them have to be processed twice.
So it's more work than many know but the end product is a far better Blog with all the Idiots removed. Anyhow, I hope everyone appreciates all the work going into it and again, thanks for all of you visiting each and every day as well as the support. It's a full time job, believe me.

speeking of visators, why dont u tell the world that most of ur charges against wayne got rejected. not even a restraining order.i guess the judge was soooo impressed with ur grandsun getting scared. whats left of the charges will wind up on the sted docket and nothing is going to happen to ur buddy wayne, i hope he sues u for slander.

Tell me about it!With hubby on vacation,we have been so busy working on stuff around here that I hardly get time to blog-but I am back in the swing of things.
Thats the one thing I dont like about blogging-if you are going to contribute to the flow of conversation with ideas and opinions thats cool,but posting obscene comments or comments that make no damn sense are a waste of time.

I think of all the slamming you get for not being "nice," yet people will send you this kind of stuff. Likely the same people who say you aren't "nice."

Do you really think it is necessary to post those filthy blogs? I admit I visit your blogsite often and find a lot of your information timely. HOWEVER, I feel that there are enough words in the English language that you could refrain from some of your comments. Your vocabulary must be limited if you have to use such rude and crude language.

Joe- I read your blog every day because I know I will get updated news and I enjoy your articles. The only thing I don't enjoy is how you bash the fire depts. I have many friends in them and although they have their faults and bad eggs, they're really genuinely nice people and do their job wonderfully. I just wish you could like them as much as you like the WCSD and that all the hatred between both organizations could be squashed :)

I do love, enjoy and respect the Salisbury Fire Fighters as much as the WCSO. HOWEVER, I'll NOT cover up ANY story and I proved that yesterday by being the very first of ANYONE to expose the Sheriff's Deputy. Respectfully.
But you bash the firefighters all the time and never the Sheriffs. I just wish you could ride with them on a busy day and see what it's like for them. They deserve all the support they can get for some of the s**t they go through. They are noble people and I just wish you and them both could stop the bashing and fighting on here.

Perhaps you should have a talk with all your Fire Fighting Friends and ask them about the INTERNAL INVESTIGATION going on right now with the entire SFD? Here's a little more help for you. The charges are a Hostile Work Environment. I'll be blasting that story very soon. They're NOT as innocent as you think.
