They Come From Everywhere!

Would you believe there's actually a Town in the State of Maryland called Tilghman? I would have never believed it until I saw this visitor! Perhaps it's their attorney trying to make sure they're removed from any affiliation of this Tilghman? Perhaps Barrie & her husband can retire there, SOON!

It's true, they pipe in sunlight over there. I still can't believe you've never heard of it.

You'd think the flames from hell would keep it light up enough down there?

I grew up on Tilghman Island. She wouldn't last 15 minutes there. We used better @#!*# as crab bait.

How long have you been around here?

Joe,
Tilghman isn't such a bad place, its at the bottom of Rt 33 after you pass through St. Michaels. Its like Waterview, the end of the earth.

Having been born and raised in Easton I am very familar with Tilghman. Tilghman is a quiet little town/island in Talbot County. It is a watermans' community with lots of valuable real estate. There is state-owned land at the southern tip of the island known as Black Walnut Point. Their is a bed and breakfast there as well that was recently for sale for a little over a million dollars. Tilghman has several family names much like Crisfield that people associate with a Tilghman Islander. They have a certain dialect much like those from Tangier. It is a little know beuatiful town with great seafood and good honest people. It is well worth spending part of a day trip, especially if you are in the Easton/St. Michaels area.
