The Many Wonders Of Duct Tape

As you approach the front of the GOB, (Government Office Building) you are gifted with the image of how the City of Salisbury is held together. Salisbury was the millionth and one purpose use for Duct Tape. There was a million before, Salisbury is the millionth and one reason. For the record, I'd like to be known for the millionth and two reason for its use and that would be to go over a certain person's mouth. Have fun with that one!

Since the ownership of the building hasn't officially been split, that would be the County and your buddy Rick's office choosing to put the Duct tape on the windows.

Actually, technically, Mr. Anonymous, you're wrong. The City is under contract for 50% of the maintainance of that building.

Secondly, GET A SENSE OF HUMOR!

Yes, but I never said anything about funding. The County still owns the building, therefore the County decides how the building is going to be maintained. The county has decided to use duct tape.

The window is at the county publice works receptionist area. It actually was a pigeon that flew into that window. The window is on order so its taped up until then. It started as a little crack but it has grown quite a bit. I here they've seen a hawk in the downtown area thats driving all the other birds crazy.

I've seen a hawk downtown, flying with the course of the river with a fish in his talons. Poor hawk, has no clue what he is about to eat.
