These are the three trusses that were obviously damaged, yet lying completely away from the collapsed building? The other interesting thing I found was the direction the Crane was positioned after the building collapsed. It was in the same direction these trusses were lying.
The article below describes more of what happened from this accident yesterday but there's no way these three trusses were damaged as bad as they are without them being a part of the accident itself. The fact that they're lying outside the accident area was a tell tale sign to me that they were involved, meaning the Crane was in fact in use by somebody?

those 3 trusses were damaged while unloading from the truck a week before this happened.the top chords and webs got tangled/hung up on a roller on the trailor that delivered them,3 brand new replacement trusses were built and delivered and lifted off the truck by the crane and set in place on the builing on the day of the collapse.they never were moved from the spot they were delivered to the jobsite.if your gonna report the news you need to get it correct and i would hope you feel the same way
