After Duvall's Post this morning supporting The Daily Times against Sheriff's Deputy Avnet, The GRAND JURY just announced they REFUSED to indict Avnet OR the other "Harry Citizen". They gave mercy on "HC" because of his mental state.
There were actually TWO losers in this case. Bill Duvall and The Daily Times!
It should be noted that there are 23 Citizens on the Grand Jury.
