I can park anywhere I want, including overnight, yellow lined & red lined curbs and NOT get a ticket. I have seen this vehicle and trailer parked here at least 10 times and not once did I see a ticket on the vehicle. There's clearly no parking allowed there.

He claims his friend drives that vehicle and lives on the Plaza, therefore they can park in metered spaces without paying the meters.
I can assure you, his friend is NOT his legal partner and has NO RIGHT parking there anyway. I can also asure you and prove to everyone that Doug drives that vehicle and not his friend.

I guess what I didn't state in this post is that this vehicle and trailer is parked there almost every single night, overnight.
They are NOT working on the Plaza and my guess would be that they live in one of the apartments.
