There are NINE Public Works Employees draining ONE sewer line on Friday afternoon. What was that word Louise Smith kept using the other day, ACCOUNTABILITY? The pictures doesn't lie Folks and there's not much more that needs to be said here. It is what it is and it says what it says. I just happen to be this guy driving down the road with a camera and I shot this picture out the back window of my vehicle.
It's time for a change in Salisbury, all the way up to the Mayor's Office.

The funny part about your denial is, IF you weren't Jim Rapp, why would you even care? You've been snagged Jimbo and every Salisbury Police Officer is going to look at you like the Dildo Carrying, Pissing on the Windshield Idiot that you are and now you attack the Police Department here and on other posts. You should have chosen another name to come back to the Blogs with, rather than an old name you were recognized with almost a year ago.

As for your remark about me personally, that's cool too. It says it very clearly at the top of my Blog, "You either love me or you hate me."
I'm sure if you had a Blog Site you would have a few people that wouldn't like you either.
The day we can "all" figure out a business we could go into that would satisfy and make everyone happy, we'd be the richest people on earth. That's just how life works.
