The Downtown Salisbury Post Office had the American Flag high on top of its poll overnight without any illuminations whatsoever. Perhaps things have changed but I always understood that you do not fly the American Flag at night unless it is illuminated. Am I wrong?

I believe you are correct. Further, I also think we are still within the period where the flag is supposed to fly at half-staff to commemorate the death of President Ford.

My Post is about flying a Flag at night without any illumination. It says NOTHING about flying it at half mast!
