I Have The Answers

It turns out everything you see here is perfectly legitimate. The proper permits have been filed and the young man you see on the scaffolding, (Dean) is the owner of this property.

He has had positive remarks and negative but he insists he's simply trying to make a living, (if he can) and he's investing his life savings into the Downtown area and he's like more support.

The structure you see is actually a master bedroom suite in the penthouse portion of this building. It will retail for around $450,000.00 in a very tough market. I will tell you after meeting this young man, he seems to be a really nice guy taking more risks, (without asking for help from the City) than anyone else around Town, so show him the respect he deserves. Besides, he also did everything on the up and up.

Since you've got such a big mouth R. Necks Mare and you think you know so much, go look up the information yourself and help these people out. After all, that's what lawyers do, don't they?

I already told you the man has done everything on the up and up, accept it, mind your own business and move on.

Ablogbunny,

Please do NOT speak for us, we can handle ourselves. We do NOT need to be recognized and we do NOT need to be rewarded. Our rewards come in the end when we sell what we've redeveloped and for the honorable ones, we're greatful for the opportunity.

Do NOT encourage rewards to ANY developer, we make enough or we wouldn't be in the business of doing so.

Mr. A., ABlogBunny was bein' tongue in cheek, sorta like Mr. D. and Mr. B. write their blogs from time t'time.

I woulda laughed harder if'n it weren't so close t'the truth where the City powers are concerned.

Troll, you're starting to get under my skin. If you've got something to say, say it. Until then, quit implying things.
