The City of Salisbury recently fined the local St. Francis Church for grass violations.
OK you pain in the asses, I want these flags replaced TODAY and I want to see fines imposed on them TODAY!
How dare you go after a Church who does in fact cut their lawn regularly as you are the lowest of lows. "EVERYONE," keep an eye out and see how long it takes for BARRIE TILGHMAN to get this fixed, especially since Joe Albero said to do so. That includes fines against the Old Salisbury Mall too!
Do you really want me to run around the City Barrie and find all the violations you haven't been giving out to the FOB's? Sleep on that one!

No y'all that's the kind of sh*t that makes good ppl mad. Dudes, the city of Salisbury will fine you if your side walk is not cleared of snow within a certain number of hours after the snowfall stops. Who fines the city when they don't plow the roads for DAYS after it snows. I lived in the city for several years on North Blvd. and have slid thru intersections on Smith St.at speeds less than 3 mph because the snow had never been plowed and had packed to an icy surface. That's why I moved out of the city. It's a corrupt little bs place when it comes to certain things. Damn! I'm done now. I was right pissy for a few seconds there.
