Christians Walked In Gay Man’s Coffee Shop To Order – He Kicked Them Out Refusing Service

It turns out the “bake the cake” crowd isn’t as tolerant as they want us to think that they are.

A group of Christians walked into a coffee shop owned by a homosexual man and they were immediately mocked and kicked out by the man, who refused to serve them. The irony here is that Christians are 100% willing to serve members of the LGBT community, as long as those people don’t ask the business to engage in their wedding ceremony.

But at no time has a Christian business owner blown up on their gay customers. (I assure you, or it would be all over the Internet and people would be calling for their metaphorical heads.)

Unhinged Hat Snatching Snowflake To Soon Get Special Lesson On Legal System

If you haven’t seen the amazing video of Special Snowflake Edith Macias taking the MAGA hat from Matthew Vitale’s head and then ranting on about this and that and the other, it should be watched. It’s an education in the mindset of the entitled Special Snowflakes who are Offended and demand that people have their 1st Amendment Rights taken away over it. Edith could soon get an different type of education

(Fox News) A college student in California who says he was assaulted by a classmate for wearing a ‘MAGA’ hat on campus said he plans to file criminal charges against his attacker.

Matthew Vitale, a member of the University of California, Riverside Republicans, said he was “stunned” when classmate Edith Macias snatched his “Make America Great Again” hat from his head during a campus meeting.

Vitale alerted authorities after the incident but declined to press charges because campus police told him it would only be a misdemeanor. But then Macias posted a bizarre, profanity-laced “SnatchAHat” video online, which eventually went viral, that showed her physically removing the hat from his head – and then verbally attacking him for promoting “genocide.” By showing that she took it off his person, the crime rose to the level of felony, Vitale said campus police told him.

Nancy Pelosi Thanks Illegals For Breaking U.S. Immigration Law: ‘Americans Owe Them A Debt’

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is at it again. This time she said we have a debt we owe parents who bring their children into the country illegally. And no, she wasn’t talking about this kind of debt either.

The former Speaker of the House gave the comments at a CNN town hall Wednesday night. The current House minority leader responded to a question from an audience member who was totally not paid to be there or was not a set up in any way. He said he and his sister were “terrified” of being deported, because, you know, they are illegal squatters.

Pelosi replied, saying DACA recipients are “beautiful” and thanked illegal alien parents for breaking the law and bringing their children into the country. More people for us taxpayers to feed and educate.

“Our Dreamers, they make America dream again,” Pelosi said. “They’re so lovely and we, frankly, owe a debt to your parents for bringing you here to be such a brilliant part of our future.”

Barf. A whole bunch of empty platitudes and vote pandering. We see right through it.

SURPRISE! Obama’s Cushy Pension Gets Makeunder From GOP – Potentially Saves Taxpayers MILLIONS!

Looks like Barack Obama is going to have to live with yet another disappointment. He vetoed legislation in 2015 that would have reduced the salary of former presidents. But last week a Senate committee approved a bill doing just that. It’s called the Former Presidents Act and it would reduce just how much former presidents receive in pension benefits. It also reduces the total amount of money taxpayers contribute to former presidents. “Our national debt now exceeds $20 trillion; this bipartisan effort is another important step toward reigning in Washington’s out-of-control spending,” Iowa Republican Sen. Joni Ernst, sponsor of the Senate legislation, said in a statement. “It is ridiculous to continue asking taxpayers to help foot the bill for former presidents’ perks at a time when they already rake in millions of dollars from book deals, speaking engagements, and more.” Amen to that.

The bill was unanimously approved by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. Now it goes to the Senate for a full vote. The House is set to consider a companion bill, proposed by Georgia Republican Rep. Jody Hice. I imagine this really ticks off Obama and Clinton. The Bush family is well off and won’t be bothered one way or the other over this. Former presidents receive a $207,000 salary annually. Ernst’s proposal would cap stipends at $200,000 per year, adjusted each year for cost of living increases. The bill would not affect the security of former presidents.

Mia Love LEVELS Michelle Obama: ‘I Am a Black Republican Who Cares About America’

A few days ago, former First Lady Michelle Obama made some racist comments about the Republican Party. She continued the divisive rhetoric we’ve all grown used to hearing during her husband’s two terms as President. Here’s what she said, “It’s a feeling of color, almost. On one side of the room, it’s literally gray and white, literally, that’s the color palette on one side of the room. On the other side of the room, there’s yellows and blues and whites and greens. Physically, there’s a difference in color, in the tone. Because one side, all men, all white. On the other side, some women, some people of color.”

As always, the Left sees everything in terms of color. People who see always and only, color, when they look at other people? There’s a term for those folks. They are sounding and acting a lot like racists. It is simply ridiculous how the political Left cannot get through a day without referencing race.

Good News: Interior Deportations Under Trump Are Surging

We can call this the Trump Effect On Illegal Immigration. Deportations from those caught crossing the border have declined, as fewer attempt to cross the U.S.-Mexico border because of the harsh measures Team Trump has implemented (meaning they are enforcing the laws on the books), which includes catching and deporting illegals already in the country

(Washington Post) Deportations from the interior of the United States are rising under President Trump as the administration expands enforcement from the U.S.-Mexico border and into immigrant communities deeper inside the country.

From Jan. 22 to Sept. 9, officials deported nearly 54,000 immigrants from the interior, a 34 percent increase over the same period last year, and said that they expect the numbers to climb.

That is excellent news, and highlights President Trump giving ICE the green light to do the job they are told to do by duly passed federal laws, rather than restricting them, as we saw under Obama. And it helps to have someone directing ICE, Thomas Homan, who is happy to do the job.

The article then deflects into California declaring itself a sanctuary state, which writer Maria Sacchetti thinks is some sort of major blow, failing to realize that ICE will simply arrest illegals in the streets, and, really, wherever they want, regardless of whether California law enforcement and prison services have been directed to not help. And the article discusses some other things illegal immigration. It’s like Maria either had to fill the story out or just wanted to throw the whole sink in. Then we get to the part about Obama deporting upwards of 200,000 interior illegals per year from 2008-2011, before Obama decided to cut this as much as possible, directing ICE to not do their jobs in full, and empowering sanctuary cities to resist.

Russian Hacking Fuels Return to Paper Ballots

After the “hanging chad” fiasco during the 2000 presidential recount, many states and counties switched to electronic-only voting machines to modernize their systems.

Now, amid security concerns over Russian hackers targeting state voting systems in last year’s election, there’s a renewed focus on shifting to paper ballots.

In Virginia, election officials decided last month to stop using paperless touch-screen machines, in an effort to safeguard against unauthorized access to the equipment and improve the security of the state’s voting system.

In Georgia, which uses electronic voting machines with no paper record, legislators are discussing getting rid of their aging equipment and using paper ballots instead. In a municipal election this November, officials will test a hybrid electronic-paper system.

“States and counties were already moving toward paper ballots before 2016,” said Katy Owens Hubler, a consultant to the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL). “But the Russian hacking incident has brought the spotlight to this issue.”

Senators Pledge to Support Rebuilding of Puerto Rico

U.S. lawmakers pledged on Saturday to back Puerto Rico’s recovery as Governor Ricardo Rossello prepares to request a multibillion dollar Congressional aid package to help rebuild from the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria.

Rossello said his government would make a request to Congress by January for long-term assistance. The U.S. territory continues to dig out after the Category 5 storm left much of the island in tatters and caused an estimated $80 billion to $100 billion in damages. He made his case to a bipartisan delegation of U.S. Senators on Saturday, as they flew over some of the island’s hardest hit areas.

“We need the resources so that Puerto Rico can get out of the emergency stage, stabilize, and then start rebuilding,” Rossello told reporters in San Juan, flanked by lawmakers. “This is the most devastating event in the modern history of Puerto Rico.”

MALE LOGIC... FLAWLESS

THIS A CONVERSATION BETWEEN A MAN AND HIS WIFE. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHE ASKS FIVE OR SIX QUESTIONS WHICH HE ANSWERED QUITE SIMPLY,

BUT THEN SHE IS SPEECHLESS AFTER ANSWERING ONLY ONE QUESTION. I BET THIS HAPPENS MORE OFTEN THAN NOT TO MOST HUSBANDS OUT THERE:

WOMAN: DO YOU DRINK BEER?

MAN: YES

WOMAN: HOW MANY BEERS A DAY?

MAN: USUALLY ABOUT THREE

WOMAN: HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY PER BEER?

MAN: $5.00 WHICH INCLUDES A TIP (THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SCARY!)

WOMAN: AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DRINKING?

MAN: ABOUT 20 YEARS, I SUPPOSE

WOMAN: SO A BEER COSTS $5 AND YOU HAVE THREE BEERS A DAY WHICH PUTS YOUR SPENDING EACH MONTH AT $450. IN ONE YEAR, IT WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY $5400 CORRECT?

MAN: CORRECT

WOMAN: IF IN 1 YEAR YOU SPEND $5400, NOT ACCOUNTING FOR INFLATION, THE PAST 20 YEARS PUTS YOUR SPENDING AT $108,000 CORRECT?  MAN: CORRECT

WOMAN: DO YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU DIDN'T DRINK SO MUCH BEER, THAT MONEY COULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN A STEP-UP INTEREST SAVINGS ACCOUNT  AND AFTER ACCOUNTING FOR COMPOUND INTEREST FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS, YOU COULD HAVE NOW BOUGHT AN AIRPLANE?

MAN: DO YOU DRINK BEER?

WOMAN: NO.

MAN: WHERE IS YOUR AIRPLANE?

Antibiotic resistant infections are rising in pets

Infections from antibiotic-resistant ‘superbugs’ are on the rise among pets across the United States, experts warn.

From bacteria that ‘colonizes the skin’ of its victims to ear infections and persistent strains of E.coli and salmonella, veterinary practitioners say these hard-to-fight afflictions are becoming increasingly common.

While the chances of these bacteria infecting humans may be low, the experts say it’s possible for the bacteria to jump across the species – especially if you’ve been bitten.

One Chart Explains What Bernie Madoff And Kentucky Public Pensions Have In Common

If Bernie Madoff taught us anything it's that every successful ponzi scheme requires precisely one critical component to keep it afloat: a steady stream of fresh capital to fund redemptions. Absent that key component, even the most carefully crafted ponzi, with the best, most creative accounting fabrications in the world, will inevitably fail from a lack of real, cold, hard cash to keep the illusion going.

Unfortunately, it seems that Kentucky's public pensions are now running into the very same problem that ultimately brought down Madoff's multi-billion dollar 'empire'. As the Lexington Herald Leader points out today, it's no coincidence that the Kentucky public pension system is suddenly collapsing just as the number of retirees (redemptions) has surged beyond the number of active employees (fresh capital)required to keep the ponzi going.

It’s impossible to know exactly who, where or when, but one day in 2016, a Kentucky state employee packed up her desk, said goodbye to her colleagues and retired.

Once she hit the exit, the number of retirees drawing a pension from the Kentucky Employees Retirement System (Non-Hazardous), the struggling $2.6 billion fund that serves most of state government, officially topped the number of active workers paying into it.

The 60-year-old fund has been mathematically upside down from that day forward.

Social Security, by comparison, has a roughly 3-to-1 ratio of workers supporting retirees, but KERS’ ratio is less than 1 to 1. Its numbers are expected to worsen as state government continues to cut its work force and aging baby boomers keep heading into retirement. The average age of a worker in KERS is 45, up from 43 just a few years ago. And they retire at age 57 on average to draw a lifetime pension.

“You just can’t depend on this model anymore,” said state Sen. Joe Bowen, R-Owensboro.

Exclusive: EPA Document Proposes to Eliminate Clean Power Plan ‘in Its Entirety’

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to repeal the agency’s Obama-era climate change program, the Clean Power Plan (CPP), “in its entirety,” according to a document obtained by Breitbart News.

The 43-page document, titled, “Repeal of Carbon Pollution Emission Guidelines for Existing Stations Sources: Electric Utility Generating Units” details how the EPA plans to repeal CPP through a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM). This version of the document obtained by Breitbart News remains subject to change through inter-agency review.

The agency contends that the EPA, under former Administrator Gina McCarthy, exceeded its authority to regulate carbon emissions as stipulated by the Clean Air Act. The document proposes to eliminate the Clean Power Plan, and then suggested that they might release an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) that will reflect a more thoughtful and modest approach to regulating air pollution given the EPA’s limited statutory authority.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order in March ordering a review of the Clean Power Plan as well as other environmental regulations. Instead of Obama’s stifling energy regulations, the Trump administration will promote policies that favor American “energy dominance.”

Man jailed for mishandling secrets: Hillary deserves lockup

'She lied to the American public and lied, probably, to the FBI and she's allowed to get off'

Just days after the FBI announced it would not prosecute Hillary Clinton for her mishandling of classified information, U.S. Navy Petty Officer Kristian Saucier was sentenced to a year in prison for mishandling classified information, despite his plea for leniency based on the government’s refusal to prosecute Clinton.

Now, Saucier is out of prison, deeply frustrated at very different standards of justice applied to him and Clinton, and determined to erase his conviction and move forward with his life.

In early July 2016, then-FBI Director James Comey offered a long public statement explaining Clinton’s poor conduct but ultimately deciding not to recommend prosecution because he saw no criminal intent on Clinton’s part.

Confederate monument removal costs piling up for cities

As cities across the country continue to debate and, in some cases, remove Confederate monuments from their municipalities, the costs are piling up for taxpayers.

In San Antonio, which removed its lone confederate monument last month from Travis Park, city officials found out Monday in a memo it cost $258,680 to take down that statue.

The memo, obtained by Fox San Antonio, showed it cost $147,775 for a third-party company to remove and transport the monument, $103,809 for police staffing, including officer overtime, fencing, barricades, and surveillance cameras. There was an additional charge of about $7,000 to cover replanting costs.

Bergdahl Expected to Plead Guilty, Avoid Trial

Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who was held captive by the Taliban for half a decade after abandoning his Afghanistan post, is expected to plead guilty to desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, two individuals with knowledge of the case said.

Bergdahl's decision to plead guilty rather than face trial marks another twist in an eight-year drama that caused the nation to wrestle with difficult questions of loyalty, negotiating with hostage takers and America's commitment not to leave its troops behind. President Donald Trump has called Bergdahl a "no-good traitor" who "should have been executed."

The decision by the 31-year-old Idaho native leaves open whether he will return to captivity for years — this time in a U.S. prison — or receive a lesser sentence that reflects the time the Taliban held him under brutal conditions.

Migrants Threaten Swedish Migration Board Employees with Rape, Violence

In the first nine months of 2017, the Swedish migration board has reported 2,875 serious incidents against their staff including threats of rape and assault, and threats to set fire to their offices.

Particularly worrying for the female employees of the migration board, which handles all the country’s asylum claims, has been the number of sexual harassment incidents from migrants. So far, there have been 15 cases of sexual harassment including one in which a migrant threatened to rape a female employee, Aftonbladet reports.

Maria Johansson, working environment specialist at the Swedish Migration Board, said the incidents “can be anything including an inappropriate comment related to a sexual act. This is not a common problem with us, but it is serious when it happens.”

As Overdose Deaths Pile Up, a Medical Examiner Quits the Morgue

CONCORD, N.H. — In the state morgue here, in the industrial maze of a hospital basement, Dr. Thomas A. Andrew was slicing through the lung of a 36-year-old woman when white foam seeped out onto the autopsy table.

Foam in the lungs is a sign of acute intoxication caused by an opioid. So is a swollen brain, which she also had. But Dr. Andrew, the chief medical examiner of New Hampshire, would not be certain of the cause of death until he could rule out other causes, like a brain aneurysm or foul play, and until after the woman’s blood tests had come back.

With the nation snared in what the government says is the worst drug epidemic in its history, routine autopsies like this one, which take more than two hours, are overtaxing medical examiners everywhere.

“It’s almost as if the Visigoths are at the gates, and the gates are starting to crumble,” Dr. Andrew said. “I’m not an alarmist by nature, but this is not overhyped. It has completely overwhelmed us.”

DACA Amnesty, Chain Migration Threatens English as Primary U.S. Language

The English language remains the key behind the United States’ common culture, but with talks of amnesty for illegal aliens and the potential mass immigration that would follow, American English’s future is on rocky ground.

Under a deal being pushed by White House Legislative Affairs Director Marc Short – who formerly led a ‘Never Trump’ effort inside the pro-open borders Koch brothers’ organizations – the Republican establishment, and Democrats not only would the estimated 800,000 illegal aliens currently shielded by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program receive amnesty, but millions more as well.

As Breitbart News reported, any form of amnesty for illegal aliens would potentially lead to a massive chain migration, primarily from Mexico, into the U.S. that could reach upwards of eight million foreign nationals. In addition, the amnesty could result in a surge at the U.S.-Mexico border, where hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens may attempt to enter the country.

Also, the amnesty could be expanded years later to include all 12 to 30 million illegal aliens residing in the U.S., creating a chain migration of hundreds of millions that would expand in decades afterward.
