i do not believe in mask wearing at this point. but if you are on someones property, you have to follow their rules to be there. if you dont like it, dont be there. im sure this girl was told several times to just put on the mask and leave. its idiots like this that cause someone to call the police on them just for confrontation. im sure this officer could have just knocked the crap out of this girl and then handcuffed her, but society deems that the police must struggle with the person long enough for it to draw attention of all the people with cell phones so that they can only post the end of the indident once it gets out of hand, usually by the civilian, not the cop. so another citizen called the police and her and had the officer show up. would you rather see him punch her in the face and knock some teeth in so he can handcuff her, because it was HER behavior once she was contacted that esculated the incident. or would you rather the officer taze her (a tool that is used by police because the public deems it better then hitting someone with a fist) to get her under control? again, i dont believe in mask wearing anymore, but she knew she was supposed to be wearing one at the game. if you want to provoke the police being called on you, expect things like this to happen.

Two random strangers called the police and helped him arrest her. 40 feet away cheerleaders yelling and cheering for the team not wearing mask. The women was outside on a bleacher 10 feet away from anyone. The officer also lost his mask during the struggle and the snitch’s continuously touched their mask contaminating it every time. For all the people who have stocked food and built fall out shelters you have waisted your time.

MASKS prevent nothing, read the box. Doesn't protect against Covid. Masks do more harm than good. Not healthy to breath one's own carbon dioxide, causes headaches, causes fainting, and contains nasty germs on it as bad as what is on your phone.
Our government has already intervened in this specific case,so hiring a lawyer would be useless.Allowing her to win her case would be allowing everyone to NOT wear a mask from that point forward.

She was outside and social distancing and gets treated like a criminal. I see a racial discrimination charge coming, since security was black and she was white. There should be several lawsuits filed on her behalf, since the rioters do not all wear mask and they are not arrested and treated like this.
There is a press release on this. She was not arrested for not wearing a mask. She was arrested for criminal trespass. The mask rule states if you don’t wear one you are asked to leave. She refused to leave. Which led to a failure to comply, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. She was only charged with trespass.

From what other witnesses said the female in question was warned several times to put on her mask that she had in her pocket. She was the only one in the bleachers not wearing a mask. If she had actually been tased with a real taser she would have been knocked flat on the ground by it so I am not sure what the officer used.
She knew the consequences as she had been advised the next time would not be a warning. If she hadn’t resisted and peacefully left the game all would be well but for whatever reason she wanted to make a spectacle of herself. I am guessing she is one of those kids who got a time out when she was five instead of a hand to the behind.
