Victory: Missouri AG Intervenes to Drop Charges Against St. Louis Couple Who Fended off Mob With AR-15
In June, St. Louis couple Mark and Patricia McCloskey defended their home when a roving band of leftist rioters broke down the gate to their home and ventured onto their property. Both are lawyers. They defended themselves with their legally acquired firearms. Of course, this set off a firestorm among liberal media types. It’s as if they just ignored the weeks of riots, arson, looting, and violence against police in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis in May.

How 'bout bringing charges against the clown library that filed them in the first place.
That took too long. The state owes the McCloskeys an apology.
How about a nice juicy lawsuit for false arrest.. and that prosecutor withheld exculpatory evidence, a Brady violation, and she had the police lab take the wife's gun apart, then put back together differently...it had been unable to fire, but she had them make it capable of being fired.. this Soros backed prosecutor needs to be put in prison.
He is a very good lawyer. What if he wasn't? I wonder if it was a regular ole person if they would have kept the charges. I'm sure it was very scary to have people break through your fence and rush your property. At that point it isn't peaceful anymore.
