Hydroxychloroquine has another believer
The drug hydroxychloroquine was instantly transformed into a political football the moment President Donald Trump said that the malaria medication "could be a game changer" at a coronavirus press briefing on March 19. Since being hopeful about the drug, Trump's adversaries have been completely against hydroxychloroquine, while his supporters are optimistic that the medicine could help fight against COVID-19. A Democratic politician has come out to proclaim that hydroxychloroquine saved his life after a near-death battle with coronavirus.
Democratic New York City Councilman Paul Vallone credits hydroxychloroquine with saving his life as he fought against the lethal respiratory disease. Vallone, who represents Queens, told the New York Post that HCQ "basically saved me."
Vallone was extremely ill with coronavirus in March. The situation was dire because he already suffers from sarcoidosis, an incurable auto-immune disease that mostly affects the lungs and lymph glands.
"We were in panic mode when I went down because I didn't have a lot of immune response," Vallone said. "I needed something to stay alive."

You can be your bottom dollar that if I was diagnosed with the virus, I would definitely request that the Doctor prescribe hydroxy the medication package for me for me take in a heart beat. All the reading and study that I have done has convinced me that it is an effective therapeutic process.
It is unfortunate that money and politics is so pervasive that common sense and ethics are being overridden by liberals, democrats and their supporters in demeaning the use and effectiveness of the drug. May God have mercy on them.

This medicine has been around over 70 years ... it’s proven to work but because Trump endorsed it the Bolsheviks are against it whether it could help or not ... this is why the left is dangerous to the public

Despite decades of knowing its safety, hydroxychloroquine is suddenly being labelled “dangerous” and a “poisonous substance” by liberal politicians after showing promise as a therapeutic for COVID-19. Big Pharma pays big bucks to the media and politicians, who happily accept to win push their agendas and win elections. It's all about money and politics and getting Trump out of the White House. Meanwhile, thousands are dying needlessly.
It's a generic drug. Any company can make it. Several large ones already did (there's $$$$$ in malaria prevention worldwide) and many are starting to in anticipation of off-label use for COVID19.
It's curious that other meds are being fast tracked through trials but hydroxychloroquine isn't, even in the face of overwhelming anecdotal evidence from around the world. Something's not right.
It will get approved, but the trash won’t be going to the White House. The good president is still throwing scum out each day.
