A week ago today the DC Appeals Court dropped all charges against General Michael Flynn Case!
The Appeals Court ordered:
—Sullivan to dismiss the case
—Gleeson’s appointment as “amicus” immediately “vacated”.

Generally the wheels of justice move slowly, especially compared to our modern expectations. Sometimes a blessing, sometimes a curse.
Anyone old enough to hold their head up and drink their own milk can see Sullivan;s plan is to drag this out to the last possible moment. Perhaps to ask for en banc hearing by all the appeals judges on that circuit, and then to SCOTUS. At this point, he's a rogue judge but the judge fraternity/sorority cuts themselves significant slack. He's lost and knows it but is determined to make a scene.
Yes, the judge is corrupt. Not the President and his friends.
