Joe Biden is not the same man he was when he became Obama’s vice president over ten years ago.
It’s obvious to everyone. All you have to do is listen to him speak for a few minutes.
Apparently, even some Democrats have admitted this, according to one reporter.

Yes he does. He is a crude vulgar low class and raunchy old man. He made a campaign stop in Lancaster county PA today. There is a tragedy unfolding in Lancaster county and the whole state is in despair. So many including many democrats are saying this was a tacky and tasteless move. His move pulled LE off the more important task of searching for the missing Amish girl Linda.
Biden is just as dody as he's always been since he got in politics. The Delawareans sent him to DC because he was worthless at the state level and DC was far enough to keep him from underfoot. Doesn't it seem strange he was NEVER Governor of his home state? Even Hoggan got lucky. A lot more lucky than he'll ever be again.
Biden is being kept on ice because the Dims don't want the news to reveal how lame he is and frail in the head. Not because of Covid-19 but because if they can keep him silent and replace him if he were to be elected with their real choice. The Dims are dry on help via a fresh face and the association and facial recognition of Biden keeps their feet in the door. They have no intention of being behind him as they were Hillary. He's a shill and the replacement will be black. They're smart enough to know such as they are this is the ONLY way they can secure a win because of the mess him and O'Bama made for 8 years. They only care to promote their position in politics and the liberal agenda. They've ALL been there too damn long. Most of the time, when your help has been with you too long they think automatically they've bought into the firm and these Dims think they own it lock, stock, and barrel. Democrats know Biden will not last very long if he is elected President. So the real Democrat agenda is to have a Black female woman as VP so when Biden becomes ill or can't do his job Harris - Black women first female President will become President as planned.
