Marion Stokes was dedicated to furthering and protecting the truth — so much so that she recorded American television 24 hours a day for over 30 years. In total, Marion recorded on 70,000 VHS tapes, capturing revolutions, lies, wars, triumphs, and catastrophes that tell us who we were and how television has shaped the world of today.
What might we learn from Marion Stokes? How do we further and protect the truth in the age of misinformation?

Northwest Woodsman: Television has been turned into one of the most destructive propaganda vehicles in all of the history of man. I can’t imagine what would have happened if Dr. Gobbels had widespread television available to him in the 1930s and 1940s. We would all be speaking German now.
