Well Well Well. Watching FOX5DC on my Comsuck cable TV and Mayor LEW from Bethany Beach is on discussion how they will stay closed until May 31st following the Governor's (DELAWARE) guidance.
- 4th July been postponed until later IF things open.
- said he does NOT have enough enforcement to make sure everyone is abiding by current guidance with social distancing. He cannot keep people safe from those who might be sick and it is his job to keep people SAFE.
- said THEY must work together as beaches (Bethany/Dewey/Rehobeth AND OCEAN CITY) so they all are the same sheet of music because if he stays closed and other open - his folks will flock. Vice versa. They MUST work together.
Hear that RICKIE???? Need to get on TV (not national) but the local TV stations (NOT SALISBURY) where vacationers come from. PA/NJ/WV/DE/MD/DC/VA/OH

DE's governor has an IQ somewhere in the imbecile range. Many in Sussex KNEW almost 2 months ago now that Georgetown and the chicken processing plants were becoming hotspots this before any test confirmed a thing. That it took until now for the DE government to figure out what even us lay people knew for forever shows none of them are the brightest bulbs in the pack. With that in mind it's beyond idiotic to treat the beaches in DE because of what is going on in Georgetown but that is what imbeciles do since they can't think.

I was on Rt. 50 today and saw campers, motor homes, vehicles pulling boats, etc. all heading EAST. Am I missing something here?

Okay Rickie....we know u read this thread...still need to get into local TV stations where ur Vacationers come from.....wbal radio in Baltimore isn't tv and no one listens to radio anymore. If TV isn't on your radio it needs to be or u will have folks flocking here (without restaurants AND bars opened and it sure won't be pleasant. Reach out of it will be bad.
