WASHINGTON COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) -- Maryland State Delegate and Congressional Candidate Neil Parrott has filed a lawsuit against Governor Larry Hogan after fellow Delegate Dan Cox was reportedly threatened with arrest by Maryland State Police.
Parrott says one of the reasons he filed the suit, along with other state leaders was to seek relief for Cox who says he was threatened with arrest if he attended a Reopen Maryland rally in Fredrick County.
“Threatening a legislator with arrest for exercising his first amendment right to free speech is not only unconstitutional, it is wrong," Parrot said. "We live in a Republic, and I want to make sure that no one person in Maryland or in any other state of the nation should be able to have unchecked power. ”

Neil Parrot is truly a patriot. As we know power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. In Hogan’s case when he starts having the state police threatening to arrest citizens for exercising their First Amendment rights, he no doubt has become corrupted. I certainly hope the lawsuit is successful.
I will definitely be contributing to Parrot’s campaign. Hogan is out of control. Threatening to arrest someone for exercising their Constitutional Rights??!! It seems to be unbelievable. Who would ever have thought in our Country, that a Governor would support arresting citizens for assembling. Boy, is it getting scary out there. And I thought all I had to worry about was a virus. I am still in disbelief. It will probably end up being fake news, because I just cannot believe it to be true.

Hogan, aka Hitler, is allowing certain groups to violate his order and other States order while punishing Maryland citizens. Hogan, aka Hitler, is allowing people from the western shore and from out of state to come on the Eastern Shore to their 2nd homes which are not their permanent residence where they are supposed to shelter in place.
