Its right here on the local level too. Seems the district 5 council member is dead set in making J.D. more wealthy by being set on leasing a body shop for 10 years for a library in his district when the library director told the council she can apply for 3/4 of the funding thru grants for land and a new building AND THE DIFFERENCE WOULD BE WHAT THE TAXPAYERS ARE GOING TO SPEND ON A LEASED BODY SHOP TO TURN IT INTO A HALF SIZE SUITED LIBRARY.
One thing about it your child can just walk thru the side door and get some beer and wine to enjoy while learning on hooked on phonics.
