There a few homeless people who have been camping out at that strip mall for weeks.
It has been more than weeks. One was there back in February.
Day is turning Salisbury into a 3rd world trash camp.
Where is that?
First it was the panhandlers and taking up the median strip Rt 13 North and will be more than a few by summer. Now it's the homeless tent village and all he can put his attention to is these things you would find in California like Los Angeles. This is a really small city handle the major clean up you alone have made. Look at it the only way you understand Jake if you want your festival you are sending the wrong message, you are making Salisbury slum city which it wasn't before you became mayor. Get your head out of the clouds and priorities check off one at a time. Actually complete something toss a coin do something constructive and not destructive. I would suggest Rt 13 South to North.

JAKE IS ALLOWING it because if you call in and complain the po-po do nothing.
Around December there was a beggar in the meidan at the old burger king light on route 13 and he had HIS DOG WITH HIM. I called both the state police and the city police out of concern for the DOG.
State said , not our problem, city said, so sad to bad we ain't doing nothing unless it is a hazard.
So dragging your dog out to beg with you in the median of a 6 lane highway isnt a hazard....awesome.
Educate your self dumb dumb, clinging to Jakes wagon ain't taking you no where because once he de-boards he be leaving you behind.
Maybe the mayor can use his booze trolley to go around and collect them all and place them in his cute little tent City.

Day is a progressive. You can expect to see even more addicted, psychotic homeless appearing, sleeping, and shitting on Salisbury streets as word gets out in the homeless community that Salisbury, Maryland has rolled out the welcome mat for them and you can expect to see more bike lanes. No more cyclists, just more bike lanes. Why? Because that's what progressives and towns and cities run by progressives do. William Donald Schaefer was a moderate Democrat. He built up Baltimore City and kept it humming while mayor. Progressive politicians and their policies end up ultimately destroying cities. One need not look any farther than Baltimore City to see what becomes of a vibrant city when progressives run them. Day feels good about himself because he has a cadre of sycophants blowing warm smoke up his ass because they have managed to get and maintain a monopoly on Salisbury's real estate and development. Being of the individual that aspires for more power and control.

@5:11 when a person gets to the point that they think setting up camp on the sidewalk of commercial real estate is rational behavior they've lost the right to be looked at as a productive member of society. This is what you get when you close down all the programs and hospitals to deal with the homeless, mentally ill and give the money to the illegals instead. Who owns the damn property and why are they allowing it?? Day has created a progressive cesspool in SALISBURY and he's welcomed all the addicts and homeless be to make the trek to salisbury.
