MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough fell for a fake Trump tweet from 2015 calling for a president to be punished if the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 1,000 points in a single day.
The stock market dropped more than 2,000 points Monday in the worst day of trading since the subprime mortgage collapse in 2008.
Scarborough took the plummet as an opportunity to pounce on a screenshot of a fake tweet that appeared to have been written by President Trump back in 2015.
The tweet read, “If the Dow Joans ever falls more than 1000 'points' in a Single Day the sitting president should be 'loaded' into a very big cannon and Shot into the sun at TREMENDOUS SPEED! No excuses!”

No worries Joe, we expect the worst from the worst.
When your job depends on stoking and stroking your corporate ego and paycheck, you'll be making lots of stupid mistakes. Good thing that nobody believes you anymore, eh?
and no one knew the difference
He is real jerk. It's okay for his continuous put down of President Trump who is doing a great job. But when he does something stupid he asks that we consider how busy he is and forgive him for his "stupidity". No excuse 😂😂😂
At least he is MAN enough to off an apology.
