WHEATON, Md. (ABC7) — A job interview at a local Wendy's did not result in an employment offer but rather a trip to the Montgomery County Detention Center, police say.
According to court documents obtained by 7 On Your Side, Xavier Robinson, 23, of Centreville, Va., reported to the Wendy's at 11030 Veirs Mill Road, beside the Westfield Wheaton Mall. It was a Monday in late January, just before the busy lunch hour.
The district manager instructed Robinson to return the following day when the hiring manager would be available for a proper interview. That inconvenience allegedly sent Robinson into an all-out rage.

He was mad cuz it was half a mile from his house and his mom couldn't give him a ride tomorrow...
Northwest Woodsman: They will probably have to make a job offer to him. You know, disparate impact on minority and all.
did he get fries with that?
Montgomery County has turned into a cesspool.
They let him walk the streets until his trial date? Really! This guy obviously has mental problems and should have been committed to a State institution - do we have State Institutions any more. Definitely needed. Oh I agree with 10:01 - he will be offered a job as a Manager because he is a minority and all😝
spoiled brat millennial
I take it he didn't get the job.
I once had a black man that I supervised tell me he "knew where I lived, and he would burn my house down." I replied that I knew where he lived and where to send the cops to for making the threat. After he cooled off, he came back and apologized. End of story.

Look at his picture. Not a "spoiled brat" looking for a job at Wendy's. Not at all. More like a thug that didn't want to work anyway.
He was afraid he might get the job! Heaven forbid!!
