Franklin Graham: ‘Pepsi Showing Young Girls that Sexual Exploitation of Women Is Okay’

Christian evangelist Rev. Franklin Graham expressed disappointment with the lack of “moral decency” displayed at the Super Bowl LIV halftime show and the message it purportedly sent to children, writing Pepsi showed “young girls that sexual exploitation of women is okay” and urging society to raise its standards.

The Super Bowl LIV entertainment featured pop megastars Jennifer Lopez and Shakira, both of whom busted out in a series of crotch-grabbing, hip-thrusting moves throughout the performance.

The highly anticipated show also featured J-Lo swinging from a stripper pole..

“I don’t expect the world to act like the church, but our country has had a sense of moral decency on prime time television in order to protect children,” Graham said, lambasting the show for sending the message “that sexual exploitation of women is okay.”

“We see that disappearing before our eyes. It was demonstrated tonight in the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show—with millions of children watching. This exhibition was Pepsi showing young girls that sexual exploitation of women is okay,” he continued.

“With the exploitation of women on the rise worldwide, instead of lowering the standard, we as a society should be raising it. I’m disappointed in Pepsi and the NFL,” he added.

Several users adamantly agreed with Graham’s assessment.

“Me too, it was like a porn production,” one wrote.

The NFL will do what it always does, as it is a business, and a business will always look to increase the bottom line. The NFL is also not a religious organization, so it has little interest in anything that detracts from the bottom line. I did not watch the super bowl, and I have children. It is my responsibility to raise the in the way I see fit , and am a Christian. I see very little in the NFL that is socially or religiously redeeming. To those that complain, simply don’t watch the NFL or contribute to it. Many others think it is whatever they think it is, and they are free to do so.

Don't objectify us, but let us shake our booty and dress in revealing costumes. Hypocrisy.

Sad and disgusting low morals half time show. Trying to normalize displays of bump and grind, pole dancing, grabbing genitals, etc.

It was truly disgusting!!! As someone called it a "Porn Production"!!!
What a shame the young girls today do not care what they look like and
watch is production and go out and try to reproduce it in the clubs.

Convinced yet. Do you not notice the luciferian references on display during halftime, all seeing eye, fire, its all a satanic ritiual on display. As all the past halftimes have also been. The GOD they worship, is not JESUS. In fact they hate and despise his truths.

They are only giving what men, (and maybe lesbians), want. There is a time and place for everything. An NFL game was neither.

Yet their performance is a typical "concert" for them. They don't tell a story with their songs, just keep repeating the same line over and over again while shaking the asses. The younger generation eats this sh*t up. Morality in parenting is non existent.
