The new owner of a house in Maryland has discovered the dead body of its previous resident inside, after acquiring the home in a foreclosure auction.
A neighbor says the 39-year-old woman found deceased inside the District Heights house Saturday had special needs and was cared for by her grandmother who died about a year ago.
The man who lived across the road from the property said soon after the grandmother's death, relatives stopped visiting but she had a caretaker up until a few months ago.
Then utilities were gradually shut off in the height of winter.

And the relatives said, "I don't want her," "I don't want her either." "Well, just leave her there then....."
How terribly sad that her remaining family allowed this to happen! So important that a will & plan is in place for caretakers.
Neighbors had said she was a dried up prune and low and behold.
