Joe Biden says he's open to potentially nominating former President Barack Obama to the US Supreme Court.
The former Vice President and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate made the comment while appearing at a campaign event in Washington, Iowa on Saturday.
An attendee asked if he would nominate Obama to sit on the highest court in the country.
In response, Biden replied: 'If he'd take it, yes.'

Biden was expelled from law school for plagiarism; re-admitted after a year. Later as a senator was p/t lecturer at Widener Law.
Obama, the magic man without a country or transcripts, was magically admitted to Harvard Law where he left no footprints. He was a p/t lecturer at Chicago Law due to his diversity. Gave up his license many years ago; rumor is because he falsely swore he had not used any other names, when he actually had more names than Jason Bourne.
IF Slow Joe was appointing Zero to the bench he'd have to appoint ValJar, too. She was his handler and did the thinking.

For a Judicial appointment, I thought the candidate had to be an active and practicing attorney with a current license to practice law?
