A DUI suspect has been shot dead by a cop in Maryland, after an apparent struggle inside the officer's cruiser while the man was handcuffed with his arms behind his back and buckled into the front passenger seat of a police cruiser.
Officers responded to reports that a driver had struck multiple vehicles down St Barnabas Road near the Temple Hills community and when cops located the driver, a black man who family identified as William Green, they smelled PCP and believed he was under the influence.
Two independent witnesses told police they either saw or heard a struggle, and heard loud bangs coming from the cruiser, around 8pm Monday.

Expect Baltimore Maryland Riots
Ill take a stab in the dark and say their is more to this story.
No way they shot a man with handcuffs
I don't wanna assume or jump to conclusions until all the facts are in but damn. This does not sound good at all.
These cops are liars.
PCP does not have an odor. (At least to humans)
Cops never carry suspects in the front seat.
This man was likely very ill and the idiot cops didn’t recognize it.
Then they shot him, probably for being pissed and not understanding why he was hog tied and in a cop car.
They shot and killed a man in handcuffs in a seatbelt. Euthanize them please! Stop the madness!
Cops are useful idiots. That’s the price we pay.
The officer has been charged with 2nd degree murder. The officer was also black. The perp must have disrespected him.
Someone has a lot of splaining to do!
PCP definitely has a very distinct odor
3:23 when I was younger I made a big mistake, got myself a DUI. I was 100% put in the front seat.
Smells like bugspray, like Raid.

You don't know what you're talking about.
Michael Owen, a Prince George’s County police corporal, shot William H. Green seven times while he was handcuffed in a patrol car, the authorities said.
Maybe he went for the officer's gun !!! If so ,may be justified !!!

But he didn't have the officer's gun. He was unarmed. Going for it is not having it. The cop had it, and used it to shoot the unarmed, handcuffed, belted, suspect 7 times. The cop KNEW the suspect didn't have his gun, and wasn't going to get it, because he had it in his hands and used it to shoot the suspect. No justification no matter how you try to spin it. Do you even think before you comment?
