During an appearance on CNN on Saturday, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) dismissed the notion that impeachment was still pending given House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) had yet to transfer the two articles of impeachment last to the Senate.
Jackson Lee also emphasized that regardless of the transfer, President Donald Trump will “always have on his legacy” impeachment.
“I believe the vote of impeachment means that the President will always have on his legacy that he was impeached, yes,” she said.

Ethnic Cleansing in Baltimore
First it was the Confederate Monuments and now it is the renaming of parks in Baltimore City. This one slipped through the cracks but thankfully Maryland Matters made it resurface again through it's Top 10 stories.
Ambrose J. Kennedy, was a well-known former city councilman, state senator, U.S. congressman and Democratic chieftain who hailed from this Johnston Square neighborhood in East Baltimore’s Tenth Ward, once an Irish stronghold had a city park named in his honor. Now the Baltimore City Council voted to rename the park and not tell any of the family members. Instead of naming something else after this new person who really isn't worthy, they decided to erase history. Can you imagine if the renamed Martin Luther King Blvd??
