Become a Pulse Point Subscriber
The Wicomico County Department of Emergency Services (DES) wants to make it much easier for citizens who are trained in CPR to use their life saving skills to do just that...save lives! Through the use of modern, location-aware mobile devices PulsePoint is building applications that work with the local public safety agencies to improve communications with citizens and empower them to help reduce the millions of annual deaths from Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
As of April 2019, the system was available to our citizens and 1433 have become a subscribers. To become a Pulse Point subscriber, an app can be downloaded on a smart phone device by using your phone's app store.
Subscribers can be notified within ¼ mile for from the sudden cardiac event and could be instrumental in helping the citizen with a medical emergency before Emergency Medical Service Arrive.

have first responder training which I will use for family and friends. don't think most of the dregs who call themselves human beings are worth my time and effort! think I'll just let the good Lord sort em out!
I'd be worried about getting sued if things didn't work out just so. It's sad that things are that way.
