We tend to report on how Baltimore City's socio-economic crisis is sending the region into a collapse. Now there's a new report that appears to be literally from a third world country!
Baltimore Mayor Bernard C. "Jack" Young warned in an interview this week with WBAL News' Vanessa Herring that a white van has been running around the city targeting young girls for their organs, reported The Baltimore Sun.
"We're getting reports of somebody in a white van trying to snatch up young girls for human trafficking and for selling body parts, I'm told. So we have to be careful because there's so much evil going on, not just in the city of Baltimore, but around the country," Young said. "It's all over Facebook."More

The mayors have ruined the city and I don’t see it coming back. Maybe if a mostly honest mayor that happens to be a billionaire gets appointed by the Governor and takes the helm it can be turned around.
Most work vans are white, and there are hundreds of them everywhere.

This guy's a bigger nut job than his predecessor, and that is quite an accomplishment. Baltimore should be so proud of their choices. Maybe their next mayor will be a past serial killer, or a previously convicted felon. They are raising the bar with this guy.

It worked for the DC sniper's when they said to look out for white vans. That just meant they (the city) had no clue where the threat was. The Baltimore Mayor just took a page out of the DC playbook, to distract from where the real crime is coming from. He's not crazy, but he is political.
