EUGENE, Ore. (KVAL) -- The photographer who sold a portfolio of images from a photo shoot with 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenét Ramsey after her 1996 death is behind bars in Oregon, facing more than a dozen counts of encouraging child sex abuse.
Police arrested Randall D. Simons, 67, in July on accusations he was "regularly accessing images of child pornography on the public wireless network of a local restaurant," police in Oakridge, Ore., said.
The incidents happened between August 2018 and June 2019, according to court filings in the case.
Simons has remained behind bars since his arrest.

Does this surprise anyone?
I always thought it was disgusting to dress this child up to look like an adult whore. Let children be children.
Thank you 2:01
Well said 2:01!
I agree what kind of parents do such things she was a very young child should not have been doing the poses they made her do, it was about the mother wanting attention not the daughter. I for one did not care for Patsy Ramsey nor was I sorry when she died, the one I felt sorry for was the father you could tell it wrecked his life.
Or 11 yo gay boys on a runway with pedo Dems throwing $1 at him.
Well her father had several nude photo's of his daughter in his files all shot by this guy.
How do we know he didn't kill her??
How do we really know the father and photographer didn't?
