Hundreds of young transgender people are seeking help to return to their original sex, a woman who is setting up a charity has told Sky News.
Charlie Evans, 28, was born female but identified as male for nearly 10 years before de-transitioning.
The number of young people seeking gender transition is at an all-time high but we hear very little, if anything, about those who may come to regret their decision.
There is currently no data to reflect the number who may be unhappy in their new gender or who may opt to de-transition to their biological sex.
Charlie de-transitioned and went public with her story last year - and said she was stunned by the number of people she discovered in a similar position.
"I'm in communication with 19 and 20-year-olds who have had full gender reassignment surgery who wish they hadn't, and their dysphoria hasn't been relieved, they don't feel better for it," she says.
"They don't know what their options are now."

Return to what ? Once you have mutilated your genitalia your basically sexless. You can " present " as whatever but your neither.
We have all known manly women and fay men regardless of their sexual orientation some heterosexual and some homosexual. They may have crossed lines in dressing or occupations and hobbies and choice of companions but they did not let warped Doctors prescribe them hormones and preform surgeries on their bodies. It's unethical. Hyper Capitalism and Madison Ave. advertising has sexualized all consumption and made it image oriented to a degree that peoples real dysphoria is there are few examples they can live up too or live with their miss givings. My grandmother had meat mitt hands like a boxer and a moustache had one dress she wore to church or to the bank and the rest of the time wore overalls and smoked a pipe and went to the mens barber. She never thought about it she lived her life and had seven kids. She never thought about herself or being happy or comfortable in her skin. She got on with getting on. Happiness with herself never crossed her mind she had to much to do and others to think of.
So what do you think is really the cause here? Confusion! lies! Deception! And perpetuated by ignorant fools. Well I know its not a JESUS issue. He still loves them! The other guy, well you see his handi work. News flash...He hates everyone
