How do you do this??
Senate Bill 909 will require healthcare practitioners to obtain consent before performing certain bodily exams on patients who are unconscious or under anesthesia.
You would have know of what bodily exams are to take place in order to provide permission while you are unconscious or under anesthetic.. and if you are unconscious what abilities do you have???

Consent from the next of kin or ward/caretaker.
@10:13 I have NO next of kin or caretaker, NOW WHAT??
Prior written consent would be another option.
