Time to start arresting people who do it.
Ohhhh. Scary. TYPICAL MSP will stop a school bus violator. But ANYTHING else they look the other way.
Why do people do dumb things. People who pass a school bus while children are off loading and the bus' lights are flashing must be illegal migrants who can't read and don't have an official driver's license. What else could it be?
It's as bad as standing in the middle of the road like an idiot.
