I miss the simpler times of the mid sixties and early seventies of when I was a kid. I had no worries. Life was simple. I had my spider bike and would ride it everywhere with my friends. My only rule was I had to tell my parents where I was and when to be home for dinner! I explored the woods and build forts with friends. Never worried about a time clock or how I was going to pay my bills or make ends meet. If I would be nine years old again in 1971, I would do it in a heath beat! I think my childhood back then was way better than my kids childhood because of all problems they have to deal with out there in today's complicated world.

My BB gun and fishing with my friends.

People had COMMON SENSE. There was family unity with love and no hate like today's world is. Everybody was not offended over every little thing.

Freedom to be with playmates, todo the things that are considered not to be done today, eat
all that's on your plate and better be home when streetlights come or pay the consequences. Jerry
