Judicial Watch Victory: Court Grants New Discovery in Clinton Email Case

Judicial Watch has announced that a federal judge granted seven additional depositions, three interrogatories and four document requests related to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private, unauthorized email server. Hillary Clinton and her former top aide and current lawyer Cheryl Mills were given 30 days to oppose deposition by Judicial Watch in person under oath.

The court rejected Justice and State Department arguments to protect Clinton and the agencies from additional discovery and ordered agency lawyers to respond to Judicial Watch’s questions about their knowledge of the Clinton email issue.

“Judicial Watch uncovered the Clinton email scandal and we just found more evidence that raises further questions about the cover-up – which is why the court allowed us to pursue more leads and potentially question Mrs. Clinton under oath,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “As ordered by the court, Judicial Watch will continue to ‘shake the tree’ on the Clinton email issue. It is shameful that the Justice and State Departments oppose our efforts and are still trying to provide cover for Hillary Clinton.”

It is absolutely shameful that the attention now has taken so long, these violations were during the 2016 campaign and the horrendous handling by Hillary of 4 Americans who died in Bengazi and their requests for assistance from the Secretary of State and one with just one phone call could have saved their lives and never answered to the alligations of why she didn't respond until the following day and even then could not give truthfully any answer for her not answering the "red Phone call"! That and her e-mails being destroyed in her home that were 1st Priority Classified, were sent to our enemies and all over cyberspace. She deserves nothing short of jail time and just because he husband was a former president and the office she held, she should receive the same sentence as anyone else for the same offenses against our country.

That’s great someone continues to fight for justice since our paid officials don’t.
