Exposure is everything.When the Governor retaliates like he did huge problems are worse than ever,because his actions reflect his full knowledge of the situation,and more than likely where the money went.There wasn't even a knee jerk reaction to fix anything even after Trump blew the lid off.I don't even think most of us even realized how bad it was there.When the politicians are trying to silence the citizens the level of corruption is evident.
Hogan is a major part of this problem. Hogan is dumping tax dollars into this hell hole with no accountability. Hogan and the Federal Government should both require a forensic audit. Hogan should hold these crooks accountable for embezzling State Funds and punish them with jail time plus pay restitution of all funds in full and be incarcerated until paid in full. Hogan has proven again he is a Democrat and is guided by the Democrat crooks.
The first evidence you have indicating larry hogan is a corrupt swamp rat is.....you dont just throw millions at this long on-going problem KNOWING full well it would ALL be un-accounted for {how much kick back did you get larry?} 2nd: his first reaction was to get ahead of the story by begging for for a few minutes to claim " Im just a good guy try'n to do the right thing and throw money to them to spend on the problems" {knowing the whole time it would go missing as always}....instead of insisting on investigations and accountability. larry will just hope it's soon forgotten like Pugh and all the other corrupt schemes him and his buddies have going. Hogan is a do nothing Governor. The Eastern Shore can do nothing about it. The Eastern Shore is overruled by Baltimore, Montgomery County, Howard County, Baltimore County, St Mary's County and Anne Arundel County. These areas rule the rest of Maryland. Redistricting that O'Malley changed put the Democrats in total control and Democrats will do nothing to change this discriminatory procedures that favor them. These are your true "racist".

I lived in PG county which is nothing but we'll paid Federal Black employees. PG county is the wealthiest county in Maryland. All Government aide goes to counties in Northern MD or I should say across the bridge from the Eastern shore. I don't know if the Eastern shore could afford it but becoming your own State would seem like a good idea.
I agree Hogan is not the cause of Baltimore's filth. However, pouring money on the problem is his fault. Education is the key to all civilization. Hogan and others promote this problem. Too many thief's (political) thief's that a sense of great power sees nothing wrong with what they do when taking money from a good cause and use it for themselves.
